It’s not easy to own our story and love ourselves through the process of doing so. Brene Brown, in her books and teachings brings us one step closer to finding the courage to do so. I’ve read three of Brene Brown’s books and I’m really not sure which one I liked the best. They are all worth reading if you’re looking for a way to overcome shame and fear and find the courage to be bravest you!

Cassandra Monique “Andra” Batie (born December 30, 1984), known professionally as Andra Day, is an American singer and songwriter from San Diego, California.
